Before you buy
Invite the group to a bachelorette weekend and tell every guest where and when it is, what it costs per person, who to pay by when, and how to RSVP.
What you need
Letter or A4 cardstock your printer accepts; a paper trimmer, or a metal ruler and craft knife; a fine pen for the ready-made cards; envelopes for 5 × 7 in cards if you post them; a computer with a web browser for the personaliser.
Personalising
Offline personaliser in your own browser: bride's name, headline, dates, place or "Address sent later", host, an optional Bring line, cost per person (or a total ÷ guests helper you can override), what it covers, pay to, pay-by date, optional deposit, RSVP date and how, and up to 4 days of itinerary rows. It prints US Letter or A4 and saves two 1080 × 1920 JPG phone images; a value that cannot fit a phone image is refused with a message instead of saved cut off. The ready-made PDFs have write-in lines instead.
Not included and limits
- The itinerary holds up to 4 days with 5 rows each; a full 4 × 5 plan prints small (about 8 pt, never below 8 pt), shorter weekends print larger.
- A phone JPG that cannot hold a value is refused with a message rather than saved cut off.
- The personaliser was tested only in headless Chromium on a computer; Safari, Firefox, phones and tablets are not tested.
- Not tested on a physical printer, with cardstock feeding, cutting, or at a print shop.
- Print-at-home files: nothing physical is included and nothing is printed or shipped.
- Personal use for one event; no resale.
