It is one generic itinerary for any destination, a lake house, a beach town, Nashville or a weekend at home, filled in by you. Each day page holds nine two-line plans; for a busier day, print its page twice. Every box can be typed into, and the pages print with clean write-in lines if you would rather use a pen.

How it is used

1. Write or type the cover facts: where, the dates, the stay with address, check-in and out, door code, Wi-Fi, getting there, who to ask.
2. Add each day’s plans (time, what, where, bring or wear, cost each) and tick Optional for plans people can skip.
3. Add up the total per person (the stay share plus every plan with a cost that is not optional) and type it once with who to pay by when: it shows on the cover and every day page.
4. Print one per guest or one for the fridge.

What you type in the PDF

Where, the dates, the stay, getting there, who to ask, and each plan (time, what, where, bring or wear, cost each, an Optional tick), typed into the PDF or written by hand. The total per person and who to pay by when are typed once and appear on the cover and every day page. The PDF does not add up costs or label the days: you type the total and each day’s weekday and date.

How it works after you buy

Nothing comes pre-written with her name: the PDF arrives with empty name lines, and you type her name yourself after you buy.
