How it is used

3. Guest list and rooms, compare stays and activities, then the budget with each person’s share before you book.
4. Log payments and bookings, plan the weekend at a glance, send the packing list, and settle up after the trip.

What you type in the PDF

The bride, your name, the trip dates, the place and the wedding date, typed once on page 1. The guest list, costs, bookings and due dates are typed into the planner pages; a guest name typed once fills the guest list, the payment tracker and the settle-up. The PDF does not count due dates or add up money: the guide’s rules and worked examples show how. Tick boxes and notes are for a pen.

How it works after you buy
