  • 3.5 × 5 in mini cards with the same question for a gift box, four per sheet (page 6)
  • 5 × 7 in info cards: the bachelorette (dates, where, cost, pay by) and the wedding (date, ceremony, getting ready, rehearsal, what to wear), her part and who to ask (page 7)
  • Fillable: type your name and each friend's name once on page 1; it fills her proposal and mini card. Every box sits on a printed write-in line, so the cards also work with a pen

How it is used

  1. Type your own name and up to four names on page 1 of the PDF: two bridesmaids, a maid of honor and a matron of honor. Each name fills that person’s proposal and mini card.
  2. Type the bachelorette and wedding facts, her part and who to ask once for the info cards.
  3. Print on Letter cardstock and cut on the crop marks. For more people, type the next names and print again.

Will you be my bridesmaid? Printable, with her name on it

The 5 × 7 in proposal card carries her name, your message, your signature and three answer boxes, two per sheet. The 3.5 × 5 in mini card asks the same question and fits a gift box, four per sheet. Every person gets her own of each.

What you type in the PDF

Your name and up to four friends’ names per print, each filling that person’s proposal and mini card. The roles are printed (bridesmaid, maid of honor, matron of honor); another role is written by hand. The info card facts (the bachelorette dates, where, cost and pay by; the wedding date, ceremony, getting ready, rehearsal and what to wear; her part and who to ask) are typed once and show on both info cards. Every box sits on a printed write-in line, so the cards also work with a pen.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How do I ask a bridesmaid to be a bridesmaid?

Personally, with a card that names her and her role, and with the facts she will need next. The proposal card asks; the info card tells her the dates, places, costs and her part, so she can say yes knowing what it means.

What are some ideas for bridesmaid invitations?

A card with her name and role, a short message in your own words, and a mini card to tuck into a small gift. Ours take four names per print; type the next names and print again.
